Digital Transformation Solutions (DTS) S.A.E company was founded in April 2009, It is one of Housing and Development Bank’s companies .
Since then, DTS has been focusing on providing information technology services and solutions to the banking sector and set out to expand our services to cover all sectors in the local market.

Senior IT Strategist with 40 years of solid exposure to both functional and managerial roles ensuring the adept combination of technologies to achieve optimum and cost effective business objectives

Dr.Yasser El-Kady

Chairman

Long Experience in the IT and Telecom industry for over 25 years with solid experience in strategic planning, technology integration, business development and organizational transformation. He was the Minister of Communications and Information Technology in Egypt between 19 September 2015 and 14 June 2018.

Mr. Ahmed M. El-Sobky

VP Sales and Operations

Extensive experience in the ICT sector with leadership roles. Elected board member of the Chamber of ICT Industry (CIT). Former VP of ITIDA and founder chairman of Silicon Waha. Consultant and instructor in Digital Transformation and Cybersecurity. Extended board member in the Computer Science Faculty Board, Fayoum University in the years 2018, 2019, 2020, 2022, and 2025.
